ALLY successfully renovated the main cafeteria for a leading pharmaceutical research company in West Point, PA. The renovation prioritized health and safety measures while ensuring minimal operational disruption. Our team worked with designers, client graphics' department, suppliers, custom millwork vendors, equipment manufacturers and a variety of trades to seamlessly complete this project in an aggressive timeframe. 

 

The ALLY team delivered the project within a 5-week time frame over a holiday shutdown. Kitchen Services needed to remain operational during construction, which required extensive coordination with the Facilities Management team to maintain food safety and minimal impacts from utility shutdowns. The team worked 16-hour days and weekends to accomplish the goal of having the space operational by the grand opening in the new year. 

 

ALLY provided preconstruction, construction management and safety oversight services. Project deliverables included demolition, installation of Stonehard® flooring, lighting, new electrical services, paint, wall finishes, custom millwork, countertops, and other trade finishes.
