ALLY completed the interior fit-out renovation of combined lab and office spaces previously subleased from another life science company on time and on budget. We provided pre-construction services in the form of estimating/budgeting and purchasing of long lead equipment, as well as construction management services. Our team overcame challenges of tight overhead HVAC coordination, inheriting and expanding the existing building automation system, assisting with design/build elements of the office renovation portion of the project, and coordinating utility service connections with lab equipment relocated from an existing lab.


Scope included select demolition and modification of existing plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, installation of new vacuum jacketed liquid nitrogen line, LN2 automatic switchover manifold, modification of existing compressed air line to new CO2 line, and CO2 switchover manifold. New partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, low voltage systems - such as fire alarm, access control, security, building automation controls, and tel/data were also installed.
