ALLY successfully completed a roof update for a leading pharmaceutical campus in Rahway, NJ. The project involved removing and replacing the existing roof membrane, installing new edge metal coping, and adding perimeter roof railings. Unexpected openings were discovered in the concrete roof deck during the project, which were promptly addressed to ensure water-tight integrity. Collaborative efforts with our partners facilitated efficient solutions and responses, contributing to the project's timely completion. The project achieved its goals, delivering an upgraded roof and new railings. Our services included estimating, pre-construction consulting, cost analysis, safety oversight and implementation.
