ALLY successfully completed a vacuum pump replacement project at a leading pharmaceutical research company campus in Rahway, NJ. The project involved replacing four aging vacuum pump systems that had surpassed their service life and were beyond repair. The new systems were meticulously designed to seamlessly fit into the existing space with minimal alterations. Additionally, a temporary system was installed to ensure uninterrupted service throughout the project. To prevent any service disruptions, a bypass system was established, enabling a single pump from each wing to serve the entire building during the replacement process. This upgrade from outdated equipment to modernized and dependable vacuum pump skids has significantly improved the efficiency and reliability of operations.
