JOHN J. PIEKARSKI

President

John is a seasoned commercial construction professional with over 25 years of experience and a U.S. Navy Veteran. His construction expertise spans diverse industries, including pharmaceutical, industrial, and retail, with a successful track record in projects such as historic renovations, corporate campus buildings, hospitality establishments, grocery stores, retail facilities, and correction/senior-care institutions, ranging from $1 million to $90 million. John holds a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University, an Associates Certification in Project Management from George Washington University, and a Construction Management Certificate from Drexel University. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is deeply passionate about giving back to the Veteran community and actively participates in various volunteer programs and professional associations.

JIM ADAMS

Senior Vice President,
Preconstruction Operations

With over 25 years of industry experience, Jim has excelled at real estate development, commercial construction, and project management services. His leadership and market expertise span commercial, life science, technology, industrial, office, retail and healthcare sectors. Overseeing the successful completion of $600MM+ of construction management services, Jim delivers valuable real estate feasibility studies and due diligence services for his clients, and has a proven track record in construction operations, logistics, planning and scheduling. He has a MBA degree from Rutgers University, Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Jim Adams, SVP - Preconstruction Operations

STEPHEN FLINT

Vice President,
Finance & Operations

Steve has more than 20 years of experience, including accounting and operations roles within both privately and publicly owned businesses in the retail and construction sectors. His expertise extends to managing balance sheets and income statements ranging from $25 million to $250 million in annual gross revenues. Steve is fluent in a range of accounting services, including budgeting, general ledger management, auditing, and reporting. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley College.

SID JOHNSON

Vice President, Field Operations

With over 30 years of construction management experience, Sid prioritizes top-notch quality and safety performance for his clients. Throughout his career, Sid has successfully managed and coordinated civil, structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical contractors in the construction and renovation of power plants, research laboratories, and manufacturing facilities. This includes the critical task of maintaining and reporting safety statistics to ensure the well-being of all involved. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering & Civil Engineering from Drexel University and is certified with OSHA 30.

MICHAEL MCCURDY

Executive Vice President,
Growth Management

Mike has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a proven track record of growing businesses through focus on clients, teamwork and culture. He earned his Masters in Business Administration from Drexel University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University in Civil Engineering. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Pennsylvania. Throughout his career, Mike has been actively involved in the community through a number of professional and community organizations and boards and is also is a frequent public speaker on panels throughout the area.

CATHERINE PIEKARSKI

Vice President,
Communications & Engagement

Catherine has over 25 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, as well as project management. She has grown into Human Resource related competence centers during the past six years specific for people development at ALLY. Catherine graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Temple University and has been certified as a Project Management Professional since 2013.

PHIL TORTORELLI

Vice President,
Construction Operations

Phil’s 15+ year career history includes architectural, construction management, and owner’s representative project management experience. His executive portfolio management of accounts is more than $55 million annually. He has managed a variety of project types, including electrical substation installations and upgrades, underground utility replacements, cold box installations, R&D labs, “clean” room construction, elevator installations, HVAC infrastructure upgrades, space conversions, and commercial kitchen renovations. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the NJ Institute of Technology.
