A leading pharmaceutical company contracted with ALLY Construction Services for a lab upgrade to include installation of a custom, state-of-the art, 28,000 LB pill filling machine complete with lab gasses, HVAC, and a complex electrical controls system provided by the equipment manufacturer. 

 

This lab was in a GMP suite and required a modification to air pressurization to ensure that zero dust/debris escaped the construction work area.  The team successfully ensured that negative pressurization was maintained throughout the project.

 

Scope included quarantined lab space, change room pressurization, lab demolition/retrofit, installation of new service utilities, coordination of system shut down connections, sterilization of new compressed gas installation and equipment installation.
