HIGH RISE CHILLER

Overview

Lexington Partners contracted with ALLY to:

  • Replace Chillers

  • Facade Repairs

  • Upgrade Storefront Entrance.

 

Inclusive of automation controls, piping reconfigurations and structural modifications to support the new equipment, ALLY replaced a full chilled water plant at the penthouse and basement locations. We then installed a new revolving door accompanied by two frameless doors to each side to the building's storefront entrance. Other miscellaneous facade repairs were also included.
