Overseeing the successful completion of $600MM+ of construction management services, Jim delivers valuable real estate feasibility studies and due diligence services for his clients, and has a proven track record in construction operations, logistics, planning and scheduling. He has a MBA degree from Rutgers University, Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
