ALLY provided construction management and safety oversight services for ten life science campus cooling tower fan gear box updates. Crane rigging was logistically located to accommodate tight clearances between the cooling towers and adjacent utilities. Fall protection and confined space entry compliances were very important as gear box replacement required removal of existing safety railing and covers to provide adequate access to equipment.
