ALLY managed the replacement of an aging 50 KVA UPS system to improve facility reliability and support critical operations. The project included coordinating a planned outage, installing new electrical conductors, raceways, and disconnect switches, removing the existing unit, and commissioning the new UPS system.

 

Despite multiple client-driven schedule changes and the discovery of unforeseen cabling conditions during installation, the project team remained flexible and prepared to adapt. Through proactive planning and quick field problem-solving, ALLY successfully completed the upgrade on schedule with no disruption to facility operations, replacing equipment that had reached the end of its service life with a modern, reliable system.
