AHU REPLACEMENT
Overview
ALLY served as construction manager for a critical HVAC infrastructure upgrade, replacing aging air handling equipment with new high-efficiency units, updated controls, and an expanded chilled water utility system. The project included demolition, asbestos abatement, structural modifications, roofing, HVAC, electrical, controls, and building monitoring system upgrades, all while maintaining operations within an occupied facility.
Through detailed phasing, stakeholder coordination, and proactive problem-solving, ALLY condensed multiple planned shutdowns into a single weekend and successfully navigated utility constraints and concurrent building projects. The result was a reliable, energy-efficient HVAC system delivered ahead of schedule and under budget, providing improved occupant comfort, enhanced system monitoring, and long-term operational efficiency.
