JLL LEED OFFICE RENOVATION

Overview

This project was the relocation of JLL's Philadelphia office to a new building within Center City Philadelphia. The design concept was based around creation of a collaborative environment and included many modern office amenities and finishes consistent with the latest design trends. The schedule was extremely tight on this project as the new space needed to be complete ahead of the expiration date on the lease of the existing facility. To meet this deadline, we managed the pre-construction process to ensure that design deadlines were met, permits were expedited, and budgets were set in an efficient manner. Once construction began, we coordinated the work to occur during normal and off-hours to ensure that our move-in dates were met.
