As part of a corporate initiative to execute projects that result in energy savings, we facilitated the retrofit of approximately 15,000 existing compact fluorescent light fixtures in three buildings with LED retrofit kits. 

To verify energy savings, measurement and verification was performed on each lighting panel in each building.

Energy usage was drastically reduced, which created an annual operational savings of approximately $400,000 and state rebates of roughly $500,000, which reduced the project payback to four years.
