Replacement of cooling tower at penthouse level, chillers in the basement, and other facade repairs and waterproofing. Crane rigging was carefully coordinated along with traffic flow controls

on a busy city street. Structural steel and anchors were installed to re-support the screen wall surrounding the building’s cooler towers.
