John is a seasoned 24-year commercial construction professional and U.S. Navy Veteran. His commercial construction experience spans the pharmaceutical, industrial, and retail industries with projects ranging in value from $1MM to $90MM. John actively participates as the liaison for ALLY’s partnership with the Department of Defense SkillBridge program and American Corporate Partner mentorships.
With over 25 years of industry experience, Jim has excelled at real estate development, commercial construction, and project management services.
Steve has over 20 years of experience, including accounting and operations roles with privately and publicly owned businesses in the retail and construction sectors.
With over 30 years of construction management experience, Sid prioritizes top-notch quality and safety performance for his clients. Throughout his career, Sid has successfully managed and coordinated civil, structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical contractors in the construction and renovation of power plants, research laboratories, and manufacturing facilities. This includes the critical task of maintaining and reporting safety statistics to ensure the well-being of all involved.
Catherine has over 25+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, as well as project management. She has grown into Human Resource related competence centers during the past six years specific for people development at ALLY. Catherine graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Temple University and has been certified as a Project Management Professional since 2013.
Ally Construction Services, LLC (ACS) was established to continue providing construction management services in the wake of a prior commercial construction company's decision to exit the construction management business. John Piekarski, President of ACS, and his team operate in offices located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. With over 30 years of construction management experience, and approximately 100 active projects, the team includes construction managers, estimators, superintendents and administrative support personnel. ACS became a diversity vendor at the end of 2017 as a Veteran Owned Small Business. Areas of commercial industry expertise include pharmaceutical, healthcare, hospitality, institutional, retail, corporate office/campus and historic renovation.
