This office renovation transformed an existing corporate workspace into a modern, collaborative environment featuring open office areas, conference rooms, collaboration booths, cafés, a coffee bar, lounge, and gaming spaces. The project included demolition, new finishes, furnishings, and modifications to MEPFP systems, while maintaining building operations and occupant access throughout construction.

ALLY provided cost estimating, preconstruction, scheduling, construction management, and safety oversight services. To minimize disruptions, the team utilized off-shift work for utility rough-ins and created a dedicated exterior access point for material deliveries and waste removal. Sustainability efforts included recycling ceiling materials, glass, and carpet, with construction waste diverted from landfills through SWS recycling programs.
