The existing parking garage electrical distribution system was in poor condition due to water infiltration and the age of the equipment. To avoid service disruption during the project, a new temporary service was installed while the old system was removed. The scope of work included the installation of a new electrical distribution system utilizing non-ferrous or hot-dipped galvanized materials, programmable garage lighting breakers, and a new 225-amp service dedicated to the EV Charging Panel, capable of supporting 16 new Level II chargers. Additionally, garage joint waterproofing was completed to prevent future moisture issues.
