SAFETY

Site Safety, Employee & Vendor Training

In addition to safety being a priority at ALLY, it is one of our core values. With relentless planning, frequent site audits and daily huddles, ALLY keeps our clients, employees and subcontractors out of harm’s way. We create a successful safety culture through creative training with a hands-on approach to keep current with federal, state and local regulations.

APPROACH

  • Use iAuditor, a tool to manage risk & evaluate job site safety.

  • Hold monthly meetings with our internal state certified safety committee.

  • Require CPR and First Aid certifications for the entire company.

  • Make current OSHA 30 certifications mandatory for those in the field.

  • Manage oversight and implementation of Job Safety Assessments.

  • Perform regular job site audits and give everyone on the team stop-work authority, which preemptively mitigates possible hazards.
